I found Neil to be very helpful in navigating my insurance plan. He is very diligent with what he does. Even to the point of emailing me at 11:00 P.M. to ask if I was awake to discuss the plan. Working with Neil is a enjoyable and he pretty much laid out all the information for me. There are some hiccups on the changing from Medicare to Cigna Advantage. There is some limited availability within the network for Doctors. I am hopeful that I find, during the course of the year that the benefits of this plan outweigh the disadvantages. However, that pans out it has been a pleasure and Im glad I had the opportunity to work with Neil.

Was expecting the process of signing up for Medicare to stressful and difficult, Neal made it clear and simple. All I had to do was give him names of Doctors and the medications I take and he narrowed it down to a few plans, he explained everything in a simple common sense manner. He was patient and listened to my questions. Would highly recommend him just as a family member had recommended to me.
