Eagle Rock Apartments at Huntington Station

Super expensive. Besides the rent they charge water, garbage and other fees so the rent is never the same amount. Theres mice that come in through the heater during the winter and theres always water leaking from upstairs.

The process of renting one of these apartments was a horrible experience. Unskilled employees and rude. The price for renting is very high for the quality and minuscule size. They impose fees to every tenant prior to moving in for painting and cleaning and the duty was never fulfilled. Upon vacating they again charge you astronomical daily fees if your Notice of Vacancy is not submitted within 60 days. Your 60 day reminder notice is sent to you a few days prior causing you to make a quick decision and uncertainty. They try to eat up all of your security deposit for unnecessary amenities. I will never recommend this establishment to anyone! Do your research and read the reviews so you know what youre dealing with!

We arrived and were not greeted by anyone, or told which units we were touring. It took 25 minutes of phone calls to the front office to get any information on how/where to tour any units. Extremely disorganized. Once we did tour by ourselves, the units were dirty, and unkept. The paint jobs were lazy, and there were items left In the cabinets and refrigerators of the units we toured. It was clear that the units were not cleaned with care before being made available. At the price that the units are being leased at, this is not a place I would recommend to anyone especially with how unresponsive the maintenance and front office was. Terrible first impression, 0/10 would not even think about living here. After this terrible experience, the front office has been persistent with sending me emails to submit an application and leave a review. Here is your review.

Its impossible to get in contact with someone to set up a tour or check apartment availability. Parent company (Eagle Rock) responds immediately but the salesperson for this particular location is wildly incompetent. We have been waiting a month for a tour, availability, despite checking in ~ once a week. If this is how they handle potential new customers, how do they treat people that live here? Its a hard no from me.
