For anyone looking for a place to rent I wouldnt recommend bullfrog realty under any circumstances, the owner Elise is a horrible landlord to her tenants, she consistently doesnt respond to calls or texts even in emergency situations, like when our toilet flooded into the downstairs, twice, and neither time she came to repair it or help she just left it for us to deal with, she left us without a fridge for 3 months to which I used my personal mini fridge to get by bc she had offered no help, all the windows in the house were cracked and remained that way minus the 2 that she eventually fixed 9 months into our 1 year lease, and she kept the entire security deposit over minor damages that absolutely didnt equal the cost of the whole deposit, shes a very aggressive person when speaking to her anytime and refuses to acknowledge or listen to anything you have to say until it becomes a problem for her. I highly advise anyone who thinks of choosing bullfrog realty to not, Elise will screw you.
