I have to say, this is one of the nicest hotels in their their chain. The employees are friendly and and always have a smile.
This weekend kudos to their team. Staycations for the kids, they were all over the place running around at all times of the night. I commend the staff for handling the issues professionally.
Hotel staff are not babysitters and respect other guests that have paid for rooms.

Beyond disappointed with the stay for my family. We came in to a dirty room with a dried half eaten waffle in the corner of the room. We were looking forward to taking the kids swimming, but the extremely small pool area was over filled with children with adults sitting at a nearby table drinking alcohol. While trying to sleep, the room was filled with the sounds of adults yelling and partying outside in the sitting area. The smell of Marijuana was coming through the windows in to the room while my children were trying to sleep. This was reported to the front desk, but the loud group was permitted to carry on well past 1AM. Breakfast was underwhelming, the attempt at serving hot breakfast resulted in cold, seamingly microwaved, unpalatable food. When the children could use the pool area we had to get out due to large clumps of hair floating in the pool. This hotel is overpriced. Service and amenities are the worst I have seen in a hotel, local or otherwise.
