Ivy rehab is an exceptional place. James is a wonderful therapist who actually listens to his patients. He doesnt rush and works hard to help patients reach their goals. Always a new exercise to try. Everyone there is caring and helpful.

I had an excellent experience at Ivy Rehab with Laurie Barnum. I worked out my entire life but sitting at my desk working a corporate job through Covid did numbers on my body. It's been about 10 months since I last visited and although it's continuous work, I am doing great. After seeing the orthopedist for what i thought was shin splints, it turned out was my back. Laurie helped with the diagnosis and showed me the right exercises to do to help strengthen my core and glutes. I often reference her notes and videos she took of me while coaching me through the exercises. I've stepped it up a bit in 10 months but I am no longer afraid to give my workouts 100% and also know when to stop and give myself a break. Highly recommend Laurie
