        I was very nervous going through the purchase of a home for the first time. Anytime I had concerns or questions I was able to reach Ross Ritter by phone or email and each time he took the time to explain things to me. I think we went from offer to closing in thirty eight days. The Homestead team is efficient and helpful and they really made this experience as painless as it could be. I dont know if our family would have gotten the house that we got without the Homestead team. They worked so quickly and so hard for us. I highly recommend them.

        Brad really went above and beyond to help me close a construction loan within a very short time period. He was always there for any questions I had regarding the process and was knowledgeable and prompt on all of his responses. He advised me along the way what my best options were and was completely honest. I've worked with him in the past and have always had a great experience. Would highly recommend!
