        I moved to Brookwood Holbrook 6 months ago. It is very nice, clean, quiet. The staff is helpful & pleasant. The Super is right on top of things. My experience has been great. I am so impressed with the place! Donna

        Can't even believe someone left a 5 star review. Must have been paid to do it. Place is a complete dump. My mother lived there for ALMOST 30 YEARS. Anyone can imagine the normal wear and tear of any living space. She had no pets, did not smoke, was obsessively organized.....the rent just went up and up and up over the years and they did NOTHING inside the place. Just a group of investors riding the recurring revenue wave. Her ceiling fell in on top of her due to rot and neglect. Once there was a leak in her bathroom ceiling and they patched it like a 2 year old would smear paste and put an ugly dropped ceiling over it.....over the exhaust fan....

        My boyfriend and I had issues finding a place that would accept pets. They took our two cats with only a small fee, and it so far has been wonderful. No issues from landlord or supervisor, neighbors are friendly. Minor noise from upstairs neighbor as to be expected, but nothing else. Anything weve needed weve had addressed.
