I bought a home in September 2023 and the experience I had with superior mortgage was terrible. They fooled me I genuinely thought Lisa and her team were on top of everything since they would answer texts in a timely matter in comparison to others but I was wrong. There was no communication within their team, due to their error I was expected to pay for an inspection twice. They had set an estimate by the time closing was due and the morning of my lawyer contacts me stating its actually 3x more than they had originally stated that was due at closing. My dad tried to convince to let it go and just pay this extra sum that was given to me but I knew something was wrong and I put up a fight. They knew they were wrong and took back that amount expecting me to be okay with the sudden change. I am a new homeowner but I am not gullible and cant imagine who they have actually scammed and havent gotten away with it. I should have known with some of the reviews I read but I felt I was in too deep to change midway throughout the process. Do not be fooled like me you have the choice to change. I recommend a credit union, I learned my lesson and will be doing so with my next home purchase.
