Firstly, Tara checked in with me to see how I was doing and then I placed an order to replace my steamer that I had order about 10 years agoChristine called me an explain about the newer model. This company goes beyond service. Christine was very knowledgeable and incredibly sweet as well as professional. Others can take a page or the whole book about customer relationships.     Had an issue with my order, part was my fault for not checking the address and some misunderstanding regarding the shipping fee, anyway the customer service is great and Tara was very helpful reaching back to me and sorting things out! I really appreciate that! I will definitely purchase again from this company in the near future!

    Ordered training manikins two months ago, received an email saying new ETA was 10/20, one month wait from the time of ordering. I send an email one week ago asking the status, no return email. Its 10/21, still no email, no training manikins. Worst experience and left empty handed, employees do not care - just like every other business. Buy Amazon
