As a contractor who has installed many types of safety surfacing for playgrounds. We have found that Unitys tiles are the best. They seem to have the strongest interlocks on the market. This was shown to me first hand where the local rep explained the rear wall and glue reservoirvery impressive design. Additionally, the bolt-down capability ensures that I wont have to return to the jobsite to fix any problems. On a side note, dont let the double tile fool you (I was nervous too), it is designed to allow the other half of the tile to be used on the next row, which greatly reduces the waste factor. We selected Unity Surfacing Pavers for a roof playground project that our company was on for several reason. The double panel with self-interlocking system is designed to resist wind uplift while at the same time have Class A Fire Rating..something that was hard to find with other rubber paver companies. That being said, such testing criteria came in handy at this community center, located directly on the ocean. I encourage others to use this safe and reliable product.

May & Watkins Design has used Unity Surfacing products for almost 10 years. The quality of their tiles and their ability to match colors is remarkable. The whole Unity Team, from administration to tile makers to installation technicians, is honest, and they always deliver a quality product from beginning to end. Playground rooftops are complex jobs. Erick Prinze has often generously advised me about technical problems that can arise. To date, we have never had any problems with damage or leaks when we engaged their services. I give them my highest recommendation.
