Knowledgeable patent attorney, who patiently listened to me during free initial consultation. It was great that he could meet me over zoom or Google meet, without any personal office visit. I had technical difficulties with zoom, so I ended up using google meet. He discussed Patentability of my invention in detail, and I got to learn about this intricate legal topic in simple words. I understood why my invention would not be patentable, all without any attorney's fee during initial free Patentability evaluation. There was no push from him to file for patent before anybody else, as many other patent attorneys do. In the end, I decided not to file for a patent - provisional or non-provisional, as my invention is not patent eligible. I am glad that I consulted him, not any other patent attorney, who would have pushed me to file a provisional patent in the name of protecting my invention. In the end, it would have been a waste of time and money, as my patent application would not have been approved. I am very satisfied with my experience. I would recommend him for any patent law related consultation.
