Such a bad start!!!!!! My husband was suggesting me to chose Dr. Luchs as PCP as she is a very good doctor. But when I called the number to schedule the appointment. Lady who answered, was so rude, was keep on putting me on hold, did not let me finish what I am telling her and hang up on me when I asked her name. Called back again and spoke with someone else and reported what happened but no apologies and very indifferent attitude. I will rather stay with my old PCP although he is far but at least the office staff is very good and nice there.

I have been looking for a new GP for a few years now because I was tired of being treated like just another piece of the assembly line. I was seeing doctors for 10 minute visits ( if that long) and the whole time most of them were talking to me but had their eyes on their laptops! Many of my friends felt exactly the same way, so we couldnt even rely on each other for recommendations. However, a relative of mine who has been seeing Dr. Lucys longtime associate, recommended I call Dr. Lufts to see if she was taking new patients ( her doctor was not). Before I called Dr. Lufts office I did a little research about her training - but the reason I decided to make the call in the end was because of her long list of recommendations online from her patients. Every comment spoke about a caring & knowledgable doctor who treated them with respect and care. Well, I just had my first well check-up with Dr. Lufts and couldnt believe my luck in finding such a fine doctor...FINALLY!
