A little Tip for the receptionist(s) working there, take some Customer service classes please or you'll just keep losing customers. Last two and only two visits i was there, the dentist were so dismissive of the pain i was having. The place is unorganized and unprofessional. Please improve your ways and hire new receptionist at least.

I only visited one time and will never do it again. Two main factors that have caused me to give I a such a low rating. - dr used the an instrument; mouth mirror that was already used on the pt. and have placed it in the sink. Few minutes later she picked up the same instrument and used it again. How could she? Doesn't she know the protocols? Ones an instrument is used and have placed in an area where that is contaminated. She should have discard that instrument and used a new one. Readers before you guys take the time to smash this review, ask your self would you allow your dr to place an instrument that was from the sink?

All these people giving negative reviews have themselves to blame. Leaving late, coming to an appointment late, complaining about an appointment because THEY didn't look into THEIR own insurance and its policies. It's not the receptionists job to baby the patients. Anyways, Kane Dental has the best hygienists by far! They clean you up really well and are super friendly, i am kind of sad that i can only go every six months to get cleaning (free cleaning) or id go every-other day. I don;t know much about the dentists themselves but the Hygienists are the best on Long Island, so if you ever need cleaning done this is the place to go. Also everyone is super friendly there so i don't know why people are saying everyone at Kane has an attitude, this is just false!

The staff is friendly and professional! Jean the hygienist is very caring, patient and thorough. Jean is excellent!
