Called with a loose crown out of the blue even though I had never used them they made an appointment for me right away within two days I was seen by the most wonderful doctor. Dr Byers thanx for putting me at ease and keeping me sane about my predicament needless to say I will be back. But most of all thanx T.K for taking me right away the front desk was awesome everyone was so friendly. Im happy and very satisfied with you guys SEE YA SOON

About six months ago I went there with a bad tooth ache. They charged $200 for x-rays and a cleaning that they were going to do 6 months later. All that before the dentist even examined me. I proceeded to the exam room where they sunrise told me that I needed a root canal and a crown but before he could do anything I had to give my cc so they can charge me first. So after they charged my cc an additional $2000 on top of the $200 the dentist proceeded with everything. After they finished they told me at the front desk that they will do the cleaning in October and they will notify me. They just called me September 30 for the appointment which is October 1st. I explained that I would be out of town and we have to reschedule. The response was: well, since you are canceling last minute we cannot reschedule. They never emailed or notified me for this appointment. There a bunch of thieves. They charged me in advance and took my money gave me no service. And the fact that the patience are on the exam chair and ask for payment first before anything is absurd. Money factory, nothing else. I wouldnt use or recommend them to anyone if it was the last dental place. Shame on them!!
