My account at Flushing Bank Office Hicksville branch. I find the ladies to be super friendly helpful and there a pleasure being around. Highly recommend opening up an account, especially at the Hicksville branch. You get five star service.

You are better off banking with someone else like Chase or Capital One. Unfortunately the people here make you jump through months of hoops to access funds that are in your name. Perhaps it is because they are a small branch. They will not let you speak to their legal team who are the ones reviewing your documents. Their team has very poor communication skills and response time. Sorry to say but the prior negative reviews are right, take your investments elsewhere.

I think some of the financial products at this bank is fantastic for the small business and avg person. But the poor customer service at this branch is mind boggling. Went there a week ago and they cant find a business account for me. Instead of actually helping me out the banker kind of asking me to leave and promised to call me back when she gets answers. 2 weeks later I havent heard a thing. I dont expect to hear anything from them because they are just plain LAZY!!!! Poor work ethic.
