Edmund has been nothing but the kindest and most honest man with my car, day in and day out. He always made sure to test the car before giving it back and assured that if anything was to happen, he'd have my back. The work was always done professionally and the price is unbeatable. It's like dealing with family, the good kind anyway!! Don't hesitate and try them out! Services: Tires, Steering & suspension replacement, Wheel alignment, Auto maintenance

So happy I found this place! My car was making a weird noise when I was in NY visiting family and Edmund fit me into his schedule, very clearly explained everything he needed to do to ensure the problem was fixed, and was super transparent about the price. I tend to get overwhelmed going to mechanics but he put me at ease and made sure my sanity comes first, which is always appreciated! Highly recommend.

Edmund is very rude and condescending. I believe he assumes young people dont know about anything about cars so he tried to charge me for my drive train issue twice at the end of 2022. I dont like leaving negative reviews about small business owners as one myself but my experience with Edmund specifically is the worse mechanic and business experience I have ever had. Additionally, my current mechanic tells me whoever worked on my car last definitely messed it up so hoping no one else takes their cars here. First of all, he had to take our car back in the shop THREE times because the issues persisted a few days to 2 weeks after the car left the shop. He also tried to charge us for the repair repeatedly even though they were the same as the time before and he hadnt repaired them properly the first time. We finally left the shop unable to even empty our oil from the bottom of the car as Edmund had apparently messed up the drain plug completely. My alternator needed to be replaced after 6 months from leaving his shop which was the only repair I thought he has done properly but apparently not. I can say with confidence my shop left Edmunds worse off then when it entered. Additionally, he called his shop the BMW specialist when he had to call someone else in for my cars drive train malfunction. If he must call someone else in and wait for them (meaning I have to wait for them as well) why is his shops specializing in BMWs? I have been through two other BMW specialist mechanics, one in NYBIMMERS and BMW Mechanic on Old Country Road (both highly recommend), with no issues but the experience at Edmunds shop was the worst by far. I still have video of my drain plug being stuck in place and unable to come out or go in when I went to get my car checked out from a proper BMW Mechanic after Edmunds shop. I would add it to this post if it allowed videos.

My father has never gotten work done there before. All he did was purchase a van from him. I own 6 vehicles so I do understand what it takes to take care of a car. The mechanics I work with always guarantee their work. I dont see how Edmund could say he tried to satisfy me in his reply to my old review. He didnt fix the car and also didnt give me any sort of reimbursement. I will just put the facts down. I went to him to fix my Dodge Avenger. The brakes ABS system was not working properly. He said it was the brake pads. I disagreed but he insisted that it was the cause since I changed them myself instead of having a mechanic do it. The brakes I put in were brand new with new rotors. I later called him and text him telling him to t unless he is certain that it will work and unless he can guarantee it. He said he never saw the text and that its preposterous to even ask that. Asking a mechanic to guarantee his work is unheard of. Is what he said. The only reason I asked for this is because I KNEW it wouldnt work. I never had to ask another mechanic to guarantee their work because it was always implied. And I havent had any problems with any mechanics since. Which is a long time when you have 6 vehicles. So basically I paid over $400 to replace new brakes and for an extra clunking sound that I havent heard before.
