I brought my Trailblazer to Empire for its 15000 mile service. I asked my advisor Kevin Juman how long I would have to wait. He said it would be a few hours. Since I was waiting for the service to be completed he said he would try to push it through sooner. It was done in less than 2 hours. I dont live in Nassau County but I will continue to bring my car here. Everyone I have spoken to at Empire since I began my search for a new car has been pleasant and helpful. Services: Tire rotations, Auto maintenance, Oil change

So I got my first oil change on my 2023 Chev Traverse. I have to give a big thank you to Carmen in the service department !!! She was very helpful and helped my very quickly. Everything went well, and I was out of there in less than an hour !! Thanks again to the whole team over at Empire Cheverolet of Hicksville !!
