Satish was incredibly helpful looking at a Lexus ES330 I bought to ensure everything was maintained well. He noted the car should have a valve cover gasket, spark plug and ignition coil tune-up done soon which is very helpful as I commute long distances. I will definitely be using their shop for any repairs needed when in the area! Very friendly, transparent and accommodating.

I came in to get my serpentine belt replaced as it came off during heavy rain. They were busy but managed to squeeze me in before closing on weekend. Service was good and they were friendly. Saji, who is one of the owner I believe, worked on my car and replaced the belt. At the end, he said my tensioner belt was not good and needed to be replaced and would have to leave the car the shop until Monday since they were closing. I decided to take the car to my local mechanic who I trust and he said the tensioner belt was fine and didn't need to be replaced. I felt Saji tried to upsell and repair something that was fine. Due to this, I was left disappointed and with mixed feelings about this shop. They charged me $50 to replace the belt which was a good price so I appreciated that. But I would not bring my car here again unless I knew what needed to be repaired. Honesty goes a long way and I felt Saji was not being transparent and honest about the repair.
