Eagle Rock Apartments at Hicksville/Jericho

Do you like sleeping at night? Perhaps you just got back from a long day of work and want to relax? Well this is definitely NOT the place for you. Between the mice, being able to hear your neighbors and every footstep they take, as well as the constant noise of children using your AC unit as part of their kickball game, you will not get any peace of mind here. Additionally, on top of the noise, the apartment also constantly vibrates whenever someone walks in their apartment or uses their dishwasher. It can be anyone's dishwasher for that matter. Please stay away if you need a place to study or relax and especially do NOT rent the first floor units.

Honestly I spent the best 9 months living here! Unfortunately I had to move due to getting a new job opportunity but if I ever come back to Long Island I know where I would live. The process for me was very easy, I got approved the next day & moved in the next month. I had no critters or bug issues, Ive seen other reviews say they had but my building 331 did not have any. I didnt have any issue or problems with neighbors or the apartment. I did have an issue with the laundry card but that was fixed once I called the company. If I could make a suggestion I would say more laundry rooms because if you get there at a bad time you might be waiting and might not be lucky enough to have one close to your building when its raining.

Mario and Annette were both very helpful, from showing me several apartments as each opened up over a few months, getting my paperwork processed when I chose one, giving me a move-in inspection, and assisting with any requests Ive made since Ive been a tenant. The maintenance staff is both very courteous and professional. Im happy to be here, and would recommend Eagle Rock, and the whole team that makes it function, to a friend.

Unfortunately I didnt have a good experience. This company posted an apartment to go see that its available. When I got there they never showed me the apartment even though we spoke a day before going to view the apartment. They also told us oh I think they but paperwork for that too. If you know all of this why not contact me and let me know. Also when we ask to see it anyway she was acting like she couldnt remember the contact of the person who is suppose to show it to us. So I felt as a Beautiful black women they didnt go above and beyond to help me get a place here. This was my feelings tours the Eagle Rock Company. We basically drove there to sit for 2 minutes and nothing came of it. Thank you for nothing.

Mario helped a ton with the move-in process! Great location, nice space, been here about a month now and very happy with my choice to move here.
