I previously had united healthcare so I don't take it lightly when I say the customer service for this insurance company STINKS!! LIKE SO RUDE SO DISMISSIVE, TALKS OVER YOU. DOESNT ANSWER QUESTIONS. IF THEY DIDNT HAVE SUCH A GOOD DOCTOR SELECTION I WOULD BE RUNNING BACK TO UNITEDHEALTHCARE

10/10 service from Tisha S. Hart she was able to get me through my claim and was able to even work around my schedule whilst doing so in a short period of time I went from nowhere to somewhere. Absolutely astonishing how great of service I received.

Tisha S. Hart might be Healthfirst's greatest asset. She has assisted me with so much over the years--she is efficient, professional, and incredibly responsive. It is difficult to find agents who genuinely have your interests at heart, but Tisha goes the extra mile to ensure our health insurance is intact and we appreciate her so much for that.
