Emily is the worst doctor there. Kimberly the receptionist is HORRIBLE as well. They do not care about patients, even though they are sitting in the office; able to help. They constantly refer me to the EMERGENCY ROOM after administering a shot into my system. After Ive been throwing up blood for weeks. I wish I never came here for treatment now Im stuck with a shot in my STOMACH that clearly hasnt been tested / reviewed long enough. I will not stop until they are exposed.

I have a loved one that is actively engaged in their IOP program. Without question, Victory is the best outpatient program theyve attended. Their counselor Rachel (CASAC-T), goes above and beyond to meet them where theyre at, while staying assertive with their expectations. Staff will make sure you have appointments with a Counselor, Medical Provider, and Psychiatrist scheduled shortly after enrolling into the program. MAT & anti-depressants were prescribed almost immediately after her first visit with her medical provider and psychiatrists respectively, which took place less than a week after she enrolled into IOP. While they are strict on not refilling meds until you attend your weekly/biweekly meetings, staff have demonstrated a high level of understanding and are very accommodating. If you or loved one want high quality care, I recommend this practice. Thank you Rachel & the entire staff for caring deeply about your patients and their road to recovery.

Im shocked by what the poster below me said. What kind of shot are they giving her? Abs of course If shes throwing up blood they would refer her to the ER. But anyway, Im happy with the help Im getting from them.
