I was on time for my appt and had to wait 1 hour and 45 min to see this doctor who informed me that my eye issue wasnt his area of expertise. Their call center needs to do a better job instead of just booking appts and mis matching patients & doctors. Overall, disappointed and a big waste of time.

I dont like complaining and I wouldnt but even though I erased the requests to add a review I get another one asking me to enter a review againIf I dont give a review these requests will keep coming. So far Ive had an evaluation with Dr. Immanuel and he seems professional. I dont know very much about him except that he was referred to me by my optometrist. After the evaluation I attempted to schedule the surgeries. I was given the option of two locations, one near my home in Nassau and one further away in Suffolk. I indicated that I preferred the one in Hempstead. Everything got scheduled and I was given a complete folder with important information and a list of all of my appointments, preop, surgeries, post op 1 day later and post op 1 month later. When I went home to read the literature I noticed that my surgeries were scheduled at the Suffolk facility. I now have to call and reschedule everything. Check your paperwork before leaving the office. Im sure this wont be a problem just an inconvenience. I was surprised because the person helping me couldnt be any nicer.
