        Called to schedule an appointment as a new patient and was told theyd get back to me to confirm an appointment date. I have not heard anything back from them and its been weeks. Don't waste your time with this company.

        Last year American Dental (next to VIM in hempstead) drilled the wrong tooth and still attempted to charge the insurance. We called the main office in Hicksville and spoke to the head office manager. She tried to convince him to come back in to be fixed... Uuhh no thank you! The dentist are a miss if you ask me.you will wait eternity because they have like only 1 dentist and dental assistant.

        DON'T WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME GOING TO THIS PLACE. They are not straight forward when asking a simple question about dental information as far as implants go. This clearly shows there not knowledgeable. And they don't follow up after an xray film is performed and pending ins. Approval. So do yourself a favor and do not go to this American dental place!
