Buying a car can be stressful, but Im extremely thankful and pleased with the service I received here. My salesperson, Guepy was so amazing! Very informative, patient and helpful thru the entire process and there after! I wont need a new car any time soon, but if I do I will for sure be back! I love my car

I usually do not write poor reviews of businesses but I felt I had to for this one. I financed a car from them last March and since then I have had more problems with this car than I've had with any vehicle in the 18 years I have been driving, and I've driven several vehicles. The following problems have occured: Serpentine belt Headlights Battery Starter Steering Cranking of engine (car has issues starting) According to my parents when they went to the dealership (I was not around that day) to address several problems they were told that their only option was exchanging the car with a $5000 down payment and higher monthly payments. Plus on the day we financed the car (March of 2023) we sat around for at least 2 hours, possibly 3, while the vehicle in stock was transported from Queens to Hempstead. I've been to my private mechanic and a dealership (the car is under warranty) approximately half a dozen times but at this point I just want my money back. I do not want a replacement, at least from this business. It seems to me all they care about is making a sale and I suggest you look elsewhere when purchasing a vehicle.
