        The management is very disorganized and unresponsive. The turnover rate for leasing and building managers is high, resulting in confusion and poor communication. The front desk staff is at least helpful and reliable. I would not recommend living at a GDC-managed property.

        This place is a joke. Been living here a few months. They will not meet with me to discuss my apartment needs. The other apartments got worse treatment too. My neighbors MOPED OUT because Isa Kalici, Jordan Wolf and John Hackett are so un responsive to the MANY MANY PROBLEMS WITH THIS PLACE. Please contact me for more information and I'll tell you what horrible people run this place. They are not responsive to anything other than withholding rent and then they still will not meet with you despite promises to the contrary. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!
