His profound understanding of the human heart and how it functions is nothing short of amazing. He cares for and about each one of his patients. You, or your loved one, are in really good hands with him!

Dr. Kay has been my doctor for many many years. He is an excellent doctor, and he is associated with CP Hospital, which is one of the best in the US. He was also my MIL and my wife's doctor for many years. I appreciate his punctual appointments and is always on time. He always gets right to the point which i like.

Dr. Kay is very professional, bright with a terrific memory and highly skilled. He is respectful of his patient's time by not having them wait to be seen.

Richard Kay is the most arrogant, condescending creature that I have ever encountered. My mother had a pacemaker implanted at Mount Sinai. He said that his office could monitor the pacemaker by making a separate appointment with a member of his staff. We went in for a visit and this fool told us that my mom's pacemaker was NOT working properly because he could not get a reading. I complained to Kay. He told me that we had to go because he did not implant the device so he could not do anything to help my frail 80 year old mother. If my mother's pacemaker was not working, this would mean that she could be in significant distress and at risk of death.
After we left this creature's office, I raced to Mt Sinai to have the pacemaker tested to see if it had malfunctioned. Mt Sinai tested the pacemaker & gave me a reading to show me that the pacemaker was working properly. When I told the doctors at Mt Sinai that Kay's office had told us that my mother's pacemaker had malfunctioned because they could not get a reading and told us to leave, they were appalled.
I picked Kay because of the close proximity of his office to my home. It turned out to be one of the worst decisions of my life.
