Good luck trying to get in contact with somebody. I submitted a form to be added to their wait list to receive therapy over 2 weeks ago. Ive tried to follow up numerous times just to make sure my email was received via phone and email with no response. Every time I call, the phone just rings or Im put on hold. Today I finally got in touch with someone and was told theyre not in charge of emails and dont have access. I asked to speak to a manager and said the manager was on vacation. Horrible customer service and first impression. Will not be continuing therapy here.

If you can get in there without them canceling its a so-so place I feel the mentally and physically handicapped are not catered too? My sons last two appointments have been canceled by LISH!!

caring group of people that are understanding of special needs individuals. only thing I would fix or improve would be getting through to someone which can be difficult.
