After reading most of the reviews, I feel like I had a better experience. So why am I giving them a one star? Like so many said, I would give zero stars if google allowed. My call was picked up immediately that was the good part. A driver Broadspire covers had run a red light plowed into me on March 1, 2024. Three weeks after the accident I called to have them cover my rental vehicle and the adjuster wanted to interrogate me about the accident. So I asked a simple question have you not received the police report? The driver they cover had been issued a citation so whose fault is it? After all the trauma I have been through this adjuster named Ashley H will not give me a rental because I had asked her to speak with my lawyers. Shouldnt the rental issue be separate from the injury claim? And this adjuster LIED that she had not received the police report when I had received a copy TWO weeks earlier! The driver the cover messes up my life and I have to also deal with their .! I could have lost my life! I hope the adjuster in question gets retrained.

They dont deserve any stars. I got injured at my job and I cant get in touch with no one from this place. I called and left voicemails and no response. Very unprofessional

Didnt tell me they dont cover Airbnb. Whats the point of having this insurance . Went through so much to send a claim for nothing
