        no one ever answers the phones, and only 1 guy ever responds to emails. ever since they took over Stadium Chair they do not care about the small business who sells these products. take better care of the business you took over!

        I owned a recliner exactly like this one. It was a present from my wife. It is a leather chair with the outstanding design of the NY Yankees so much better than other recliners being offered.The leather and craftmanship made this a beautiful comfortable recliner.
