Renaissance Hills

Do Not Rent here. My experience here has been overwhelmingly negative. The construction is cheap advertised amenities dont match the reality broken gym equipment, a freezing cold pool, unreliable dirty laundry facility. Plumbing issues have led to sewage backups on multiple occasions. drug paraphernalia in common areas like the playground are. Huge concern. The walls Are paper and amplify noise, making it impossible to sleep and have created the most unpleasant environment. Coupled with the insane rent increase yearly without room for negotiation is just awful. the frequency of evictions, with belongings dumped on sidewalks in front of other units has created an unsettling atmosphere not to mention the complete lack of security within the complex. I could go on and on and on. Do not move here

Went to go check out this place to stay and it is absolutely dirty. They will show you a beautiful model apartment that looks all clean, but will not show you where you are staying. When you move into your new place you will notice cockroaches climbing on kitchen counter and inside of your own bathrub in your bathroom. The construction job was done with absolutely no effort, and I believe my 5 year old cousin could have done a better painting job. This is absolutely disgusting for the amount of rent for a one bedroom

My daughter has a unique situation with some cognitive special needs . She has been living on her own at Renaissance Hills for many years. The staff has always been warm , accommodating and helpful while understanding of her special needs. I'd like to give a special shout out to Karen, Amy and Haley for responding promptly to any call or issue she may have and taking such good care of her. As her mom, that gives me great comfort to know they will always go out of their way to help her when needed. They are delightful to deal with. It is truly appreciated-Thank you all !
