If you are experiencing pelvic floor issues such as incontinence, hip issue etc after having a baby, Hudson Valley physical therapy therapist will help you get back to normal. Deana is the therapist I would recommend. She is so personable and makes you feel very comfortable and optimistic. She is thorough and provides weekly homeworks and check ins to get to you back to your life. Gina, the receptionist is very friendly and very organized and makes sure you are scheduled weekly, she keeps you updated every step Of the way. The Hudson valley team has been so helpful in my progress and I would Not have seen these results if not for them. Its important to note this practice allows you to bring your children to the session with you. Which allowed for me to maintain my appointments. 10/10 recommend.

Worked with Erin as my PT. Found her to be highly professional. She took the time to ask questions, listen to my responses, and explain her plan as well as the steps she was taking. She was also clear about what I needed to be doing at home. In addition, she had a really nice and easy going personality. I also appreciated the ease and flexibility of scheduling appointments.

After trying a few recommended specialist in pelvic floor health, Dr. Geri White, is far and away superior. Her knowledgeable, wholistic patient treatment plan is tailored to the individual and often includes experts on her team. The collaboration of her skills and her acupuncture colleague, Mital Khatri, LAC, has resulted in my own healing process and success.

Exceptional experience at Hudson Valley PT! After trying several doctors, I was fortunate to be referred to Hudson Valley PT. Im happy I finally found the right place. Deana, my therapist, is truly amazing. In just a short time, she identified and addressed my pain point that I had been struggling with for almost 3 years. Her compassion, consideration, and expertise in pelvic floor therapy have made my journey to recovery so much smoother. I was prescribed PT almost two years after giving birth. Deana is a wonderful therapist who really knows her stuff. She is also a warm, patient, kind person which helps create a safe environment. I highly recommend her!
