The best endodontic experience I've ever had. Dr. Chiao is extremely thorough, compassionate and respectful of her patients. She makes sure you understand and are comfortable with each step of your endodontic care. She's very talented and emotionally intelligent. If it's possible to enjoy a root canal, I can say I did, thanks to Dr. Chiao!

This was such an awesome experience. I did not have to wait and the service was great. Dr Chiao and her team are very professional and knowledgeable. The office is very modern and relaxing. There is also a beautiful garden outside the office. I have been going to the dentist for many years. Root canals are highly specialized and endodontists are expensive in general so I was glad to have the best team. It does not surprise me that patients from far around the region come to see her.

I found myself waiting for 30 minutes in an unoccupied dental office (I arrived on time), only to experience the familiar frustration that is often highlighted in the media. Despite arriving with pain on one side of my mouth, the dental staff insisted on addressing issues on the opposite side. It's disheartening that dentistry seems to be the only medical field where patients can seek relief for pain in a specific area, yet end up with treatment focused elsewhere. This disappointing experience left me feeling helpless and frustrated, reinforcing one of the reasons why some people tend to avoid visiting the dentist. This was my second appointment for the record.

Dr. Helen Chiao is the best dentist I ever met. She is from the best dental school in the world. Her techniques are the best and updated. She explained my problems and issues very well. she let me feel comfortable and understand every steps she was doing on me. She also tells me the results and what she will do the next. I am well informed. When I texted her, she answered my questions immediately and clearly with suitable solutions. She gave me the completed report as soon as she finished the treatments. She also care about my future dental cares. I am very satisfy with her treatments.
