When I lost feeling and stregth in my legs I knew I had to heal myself for my family. Dr. Chiles met with me reviewed my case and explained everything to me. Throughout the process I felt well held by both Dr. Chiles and his staff.
Now 8 weeks out I have no.pain, can feel my legs, and I am confident of 100 percent healing. Thank you Dr. Chiles for all you have done for me and my family. You have changed my life for the better.

My experience with Dr. Chiles and his incredible team literally altered the trajectory of my life. In July of 2017, I lost total feeling in my left arm with excruciating pain throughout my neck and shoulders. Dr. Chiles and his staff went above and beyond to accommodate me in a transparent and quick fashion.
I had quit my job and was scheduled to move to Vietnam for a new position four days after my initial appointment with Dr. Chiles. When I received the results of my scan, I thought for sure that I was going to be jobless. Dr. Chiles and his team worked so dilligently that I made it to Vietnam within three weeks. Not only did I make it to Vietnam without an issue, but my quality of life since then has been exponentially better.
Fast forward more than five years later and my wife and I are in our second International posting, something that I truly feel would not be plausible if not for Dr. Chiles. I can't thank Dr. Chiles enough for all he did for my family and me. A huge thanks to Sara Vera whose timely communication, empathy, and overall competency cannot be overstated. I cannot recommend Westchester Spine and Brain Surgery enough.

Finding out you need to have spine surgery is very scary! But after meeting Dr. Chiles you realize that everything will be alright. I have one word that I use to describe Dr. ChilesIMPRESSIVE!
Four years ago I had a cervical discectomy and fusion with Dr. Chiles and he explained everything and answered all my questions before I even had to ask.
His staff is amazing as well, Jessica and Sara are very kind and helpful.
The surgery was very successful and I no longer deal with any neck issues!
So when I started having pain in my lower back and nothing was helping. I was told to see a surgeonI knew without a doubt that Dr. Chiles would be the surgeon to see! Once again he explained the issues and we decided that a lumbar laminectomy and fusion was our next step. I had the surgery about 6 weeks ago and I am amazed at just how well Im doing.
Before the lumbar surgery I was able to meet with the assisting surgeonand as we spoke he said to me Dont worry you are in good hands I have worked with Dr. Chiles for many years and he is an amazing surgeon. He is at the TIPPY TOP of the TOP NOTCH! I said Thank you and I absolutely agree!
So the only thing left to say is Thank you Dr. Chiles!

Dr. Chiles is an amazing surgeon. I had a laminectomy done 2 years ago by a different surgeon which did not help my overall issue. Dr. Chiles performed a one level fusion of the L4/L5 and I am very pleased with my lesser degree of pain and a much quicker recovery. I would recommend him and his staff to anyone having spinal issues.
