Glasshouse 250

Some section 8 renters give this place a nasty edge. Supposed to be higher class, but I heard many get discounted rents or section 8 vouchers to keep occupancy full.

We moved to Glasshouse this year and we didn't even think we'd like it that much. Quiet, and cozy, with good infrastructure, and everyone is very pet friendly. Super pet friendly also have a dog run for pets to run around! Super and management responds immediately to all your requests, always ready to help. And a special a lot of thanks thank you to Alisa Kirk the realtor who convinced us to decide in favor of Glasshouse.

Rented a large 2BR here for 1.5yrs. Great experience - excellent management/owners. Coming from NYC, we wanted something with parking, high ceilings, nice appliances, and a W/D in the unit. Glasshouse definitely checked all the boxes. The location is also quite convenient as we are constantly on the move with our two boys - accessible to all conveniences that matter. Great superintendent as was the agent that initially showed us the apartment. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for space and location.
