From the moment I walked in the door everyone here has been incredibly kind and willing to help me with every aspect of a dental visit including insurance coverage, cleanings and scheduling appointments. Highly recommend!

If you have a choice of going to another dentist please do, unless you have 30% extra money.They charge 30% more than other practices around town. Went there with slight tooth ache asking if they can check what's going on and they said "yes,yes np ,we have lot of cancellations today because of flooding in the area( even doc wasn't there yet ,they told me that he'll be late about an hour or so) then I left to check another dentist but that place was closed (was out about an hour, then came back. Had to wait another 30 min before they took me in ,did an X-ray and had to do root canal + crown . They told me the price 3500$ ( didn't go to dentist couple years, thought the prices went so much up) and agreed to proceed. After few weeks went to my regular dentist and ask how much that procedure cost(root canal + zirconia crown) and she said 2400$. Called couple of local Monroe NY dentists and they told me (2400$).I was shocked that they charged me 1000$ over for the same procedure that other dentists charge 2400$. When I got there and asked why did they charge me a 1000$ over they told me that they took me in as "emergency" ???? I was never informed about that before they took me in. It was not an emergency.So I asked if the price 3500$ is the same for a regular appointment and they said yes. They didn't even submit my claim to my insurance until I went back and asked them. Made me pay for the full amount before submitting to insurance. I've never seen this before. Very tricky and unfair practices. The front desk says emergency while doctor said it's not. One of receptionist told me I didn't have the insurance (not true,first I walked in the office they asked me about insurance and I gave them all info)This can't be the first time that they've tried to trick people into overpaying. Please be aware. Gonna make sure they are reported to NYS and to ADA. What two times are you referring to? When I first came to the office and the Doctor wasn't in yet and I said I would come back later to check if he was in? This was right after the storm when you had multiple cancellations due to heavy flooding. That's not accommodating. That's doing your job. Your practice makes money by illegal dental billing. You did not put this through my insurance..why ? Why wasn't I asked to pay a copay but full amount instead? Every doctor or dentist I have gone to,asks me to pay a copay and then they process the claim through insurance. Insurance then processes it and then let's me know how much I might owe the dental or medical office. The office then sends me an invoice and a payment is made for the balance not covered by insurance. Your office made me pay the entire amount upfront. Why? This is illegal dental billing and over billing by $1,000. I've come to your office to resolve this but you aren't willing to come to a resolution.
