        Called Monday to ask if they excepted my insurance. The woman I was talking to didn't know, and said someone would get back to me Tuesday. It's now Friday and I haven't heard back. If you're the person who schedules appointments how can you not know what insurances are accepted.

        I recently had to make a switch from my former mental health office to a new provider. Change is difficult. I was very pleased how quickly I was able to get in for the initial appts. And once I met the professionals who work there, including the counselor and NP, I instantly felt comfortable. Overall excellent experience. Thank you!
