        Would not answer the phone for me. Website was not working when I needed to reschedule my appointment instead I got charged full price and was treated with unprofessionalism even though I want d to reschedule and not completely cancel my massage. Odd that the person who was supposed to do my massage said they are frustrated with me when I was having issues contacting them.

        I went in for my first deep tissue massage at Active Therapeutic Massages & Wellness with Kirsten per recommendation from a friend. It didn't not disappoint. I have had a handful of deep tissue massages in the capital region; without hesitation I would list Kirsten at the top of my list. This experience left me ready to take on the day with relaxed mobility. 10/10 would recommend!

      Hello there! You had booked an appointment with me initially in January which you never responded to and did not show for. When charged afterwards for the no show, you called and asked for a refund. Now you have made another appointment and attempted cancelling the morning of your appointment despite knowing that we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. I did answer your phone call once arriving to the office prior to your massage. You had attempted to cancel starting the morning of, which is still within 24 hours of the appointment. I offered to reschedule with you despite the fact that you have cancelled both previous massages, but would still be charging you for the massage because it is in the 24 hour timeframe. I had explained that from my business standpoint it is frustrating to have shown up in the office now twice for you to cancel both times, which is why we have the policy, to avoid this occurring.
