Allstate Life Insurance Specialist: Christopher Panas

Wish All-State would state if you have a moving violation at all they won't insure you. That is very sad because can't make a mistake.

Ive been a customer of Allstate and subsequently, this office, for 8 years. I get annual phone calls on my birthday, or in the middle of a work day trying to sell me additional coverage, but when I call to ask questions about my policy, Im consistently told they dont have the information Im looking for and I end up having to call the main Allstate number. They treat you well when you first sign your policy and they get their commission check, and then after that youre just a bother to them. Just today I spoke with Lisa Colon, who instead of helping me try to figure out why changes Id made in the Allstate portal werent reflecting in my policy, she just kept repeating that she doesnt get notifications of that, which is not what I was asking. After about 10 minutes of her responding to my questions with we dont get notifications of that, and corporate deals with that, I finally asked her what her broker office actually does, because Im genuinely confused as to what their role is and if theyre just facilitators of the policy rather than being the go to for policy questions. She rudely responded that she wasnt going to do this with me, and then refused to speak with me because apparently being confused as to what role an insurance agent plays is offensive. I ended up calling Allstate and the customer service agent was able to help me in about 5 minutes. I would go with a different Allstate broker, personally. Ill be changing mine as soon as possible. If youre not stuck with Lisa Colon you might have a better experience. I see that pretty much every review gives her glowing accolades, but notice theyre from people who either just signed a policy or she sold additional coverage too. Shes not so helpful when youre taking coverage away. I also wouldnt be surprised if those people are friends or family, either. Also, the one time I made a late payment because the credit card I had on file was canceled for fraud, I was charged a late payment. Lisa promised to take off the late fee and never did, so now I have to deal with that as well.

Lisa Colon from Miranda Insurance Agency is incredible! I had an issue with my life insurance policy and not only did she get this rectified but was persistent, knowledgeable and professional in getting this taken care of. She truly cares about the customer and I couldn't thank her enough! I highly recommend Lisa!! If you're looking for a company who works for you and your best interest, call Miranda Insurance Agency!

Have been calling since 3:45pm and they said dont close until 5pm.

I didn't have to wait long, and they were able to get me my answers pretty quickly.
