This office is so friendly, helpful and a very caring staff! They have been extremely helpful with my issues and even recommended exceptional services outside their scope that I have already used! Their treatments have helped boost my confidence and not feel embarrassed!! Thank you!

Started laser hair removal at another place in Clifton Park but they cancelled appointments on me twice, so I tried here instead and Im glad I did. The appointments here lasted much longer than at the previous place because they werent rushing and the results have been good. Recommend

Im not usually the type to leave negative reviews but I used these reviews to find and trust this place. Hoping this is helpful for someone else. Unfortunately, my experience with this medspa was not great. I called to see if there was any availability for an appointment (Botox to treat crows feet). The receptionist was very friendly and eager to get me in the same day. She did mention that they were having a sale on Botox and suggested that I get more areas treated to take advantage of their low prices. I told her no thank you that I was looking to treat my crows feet only. For the record, I ended up paying significantly more (for less units) than what I pay at my usual place (which had to cancel me last minute because the girl that usually does my injections was out sick reason I was going somewhere else in the first place). When I arrived, their place of business is a suite within an old law building (very different than what Im used to at Victoria Aesthetics). The receptionists were friendly but the atmosphere was very dingy and uncomfortable. The man that actually did my treatment was very unpleasant and seemed annoyed with my questions. He gave me two stress balls and told me to squeeze. At this point I was super nervous, felt very uncomfortable, and was completely regretting my decision to be impatient and go to someone I dont know. After the injections were completed, the injector told me that I have blueberries, grabbed an ice pack, and pressed very hard on my face. He pushed the ice pack down on my temples to the point that I was in tears from the pain. I understand that bruising can be a side effect of Botox injections. When I tell you that I had bruising, I mean two GIANT bruises (one on each side). I have been getting injections to treat my crows feet every three months for the past three years and have NEVER had bruising like this. I do understand that immediate pressure and ice is indicated to reduce bruising and swelling and I do not fault this guy for trying to help after the fact, however, this entire experience was nothing like I have ever experienced at a medspa.
