        The new maintenance Brian he did a terrific job and he is very polite and nice and Linda is a sweet heart and Sara is a nice person to Brian fixed the dishwasher perfectly and we love it here we just adopted 2cats but 1was sick but we have the boy his name is gizzy but again I gave Brian 5stars

        Linda Ritter was wonderful. She answered questions on the phone for quite a while. Then when we came for our appointment, she was again very helpful answering a lot of questions as she showed us an apartment, showing the good points of the complex and being warm and welcoming. She did not do a hard sell which would have put us off, but understood what we needed and showed us how North Pointe would meet our needs. Elizabeth Budd

        We were ready to move-in march 2024 but had to cancel our application due to change in circumstances. Linda at leasing office was just amazing and a pleasure to work with. She walked us through all steps to complete application and responded promptly to all our inquiries. She was constantly working hard to get us best apartment. Please ask for Linda if you plan on moving here. And to management, GIVE LINDA A RAISE, SHE DESERVES IT!

        My daughter and I went to look for her first apartment and Sarah in the office was wonderful. She was knowledgeable and very friendly. She took us on a tour and showed us a couple different layouts. She was informative and helpful with the application process. I highly recommend North Pointe Apartments.

        Disclaimer not a resident but was a prospective one. Linda was AMAZING she's such a kind soul and genuinely wants to help. The only reason I am giving 3 stars, is because of company policies that discriminate against commission based employment. But for a fact Linda has got your back. she'll give you places and plans for getting into a place somewhere else and she's extremely patient and kind. for sure one of the only reason that place has renters. is because of her absolutely amazing demeanor. GIVE THAT WOMAN A RAISE
