        First time using this service for a move and we couldnt be happier. It was so easy to do everything online. One click to deliver pod and pick up. It was nice to have the POD to be able to pack and load at our own pace, and not be overwhelmed with a million boxes in the house. Such a brilliant idea and so easy! Will definitely use PODS again in the future!

        Do not use PODS to move your belongings. First, after they picked up our POD, they refused to ship it for over a week. The "incomplete paperwork" excuse was due to our name being on someone else's POD in a state halfway across the country. We gave POD over 3 weeks to move our belongings from New Nork to California and they still were days late, resulting in needing a new permit to unload our POD from the street. How can you not plan your logistics properly with a 3 week window? Unacceptable. I recommend anyone desperate enough to use this company use an apple tag to track your POD. The company won't track it for you and will simply lie that it hasn't arrived in the facility yet. Give us our stuff back.
