There is not enough room on this survey to truly explain how wonderful Richard is. My family and I have known Richard for 5+ years at this point and he has been involved in a number of real estate searches over the years, so when it came time for my husband and I to begin searching for our first home together, asking Richard to assist us was a no-brainer. Richard's follow-through, his patience and his overall professional and warm demeanor are only some of the wonderful attributes that Richard possesses as a real estate agent. He goes above and beyond for his clients and follows-up on each and every question, making sure to dot every "i" and cross every "t." Working with Richard was such a fantastic experience and even though I am so relieved to have my new home, I will miss working with Richard every day, as he tirelessly fought for us every day for four months plus throughout this entire process. Richard is that special agent that is hard to find. I moved out of a home I had been in for 37 years. He sold the house quickly but most of all was there to help with every aspect of the move. He was always reachable at any time day or night to answer questions. I could not have done a move like this without his constant help. He goes above and beyond his duty as a real estate agent. He is truly one of a kind. For anyone making a move or looking to buy there is no one Ive met in this business that works for you as hard as Richard. I cannot thank him enough for everything he has done for me to make my move. I will always be grateful to him for his help to get me to the closing. A true honest, kind and a real gentleman. Richard represented the seller of a home I purchased in Roslyn Estates about seven years ago. Shortly after the purchase, I decided to rent out the home and was so impressed with Richard, I asked him to be my agent going forward. It was the best decision I could have made. For the past seven years, Richard has skillfully helped me navigate difficult tenants, numerous household disasters -- it was an old house -- and a complicated sale. All the while, he maintained a calm and professional demeanor. Day or night, weekend or holiday, I could count on Richard to promptly assist me with whatever issue I confronted. I have dealt with many real estate agents in my tenure as a landlord and in my personal capacity as a home buyer and seller, and have never found a real estate agent as responsive as Richard. Finally, when it came time to sell my home, Richard did a masterful job marketing the property, navigating my tenants and managing expectations during a challenging COVID environment. He was tenacious in getting me the best price for an old home that presented some challenges. Ultimately, I was very satisfied with the price I received, and I have Richard to thank.
