Left at the alter. They knew I had a deadline and committed to do the work. As we approached the deadline they became increasingly difficult to get a hold of. On the morning we were meant to close I called and the rep who was suppose to be helping me answered the phone and said, "we can't help you" and hung up on me. Not very professional in any sense of the word and now I've lost the deal I was working on.
