I went into to this beautiful store to have my engagement ring reset . I met Donna who was knowledgeable , professional and not pushy . She helped me pick this beautiful simple setting which I love . I had my eye on this gorgeous multi stone tennis bracelet that I ended up purchasing. I met the whole Krypell family and one is nicer then the other . Tyler was extremely helpful in designing the necklace and ring they are currently making me from my old setting . You wont be disappointed if you shop here . I will definitely be back ! I didnt know a darn thing about diamonds, precious stones, or the process. I felt like a fish out of water looking to buy an engagement ring. NO ONE explained things as clearly, worked with me on as many design options, or made me feel as comfortable and confident in my decisions as the entire Charles Krypell team. The store is almost as beautiful as the jewelry thats showcased in it, and their team is warm, knowledgeable, and professional. I cannot recommend them enough. My now wife was stunned by her beautiful custom ring and the service weve received on the back end has been impeccable. I saw a tv commercial for Charles Krypell & dropped in to purchase a gift. Donna greeted me immediately. I told her what I was looking for and she expertly showed me a variety of perfect options. She shared that they do custom pieces as well. I ended up finding a beautiful paper clip diamond necklace for a graduation gift. A combination of both a vintage and trend right style! Absolutely recommend Charles Krypell and Donna!
