I had the dis-pleasure of dealing with one of your Staff members, David Massa, today. My name is Yuriy Mindlin, I work at Silver Star Mercedes-Benz. My customer also happened to be your customer, he has 4 vehicles on a policy with you. I just wanted to let you know never have I spoken to an insurance agent as rude and un-helpful as David. The entire time on the phone he was giving us an attitude and speaking to us like idiots, even making groans of dissatisfaction between our questions. To the point that I recommended Adam my friend at another insurance company and he is making the switch as we speak. With someone like that on your team you will continue to lose business because of his disgusting bad attitude. I never do these things, but dealing with him left such a bad taste in my mouth I was pushed to reach out to you and leave a negative review.

Ms. Celeste and Mr. David deserved more than 5 stars, they deserved millions of stars and a single first time call to their office made a huge difference already! I am totally blown away by the service they provided to me and I can not see how it could be better! They are very quick and responsive, and ready to help you when you need them and it doesn't take forever to hear from them when you have a question- so impressed by what they do and how they do their business! They gave an auto quote I couldn't refuse and what is the best about their office unlike other agencies, they are here for you, they are here to do your business, that is why I said in the beginning they deserved millions of stars and not just five! Big big thanks to you and hope to deal with you many years ahead to come!

Ive been with the Celeste Carey Agency for well over 10 years. Everyone there has always been very helpful and always answered any questions Ive had. I use them for home, auto and life insurance and couldnt be happier with their service.

Celeste and her staff are deeply experienced in serving their patrons with the best insurance advice available with respect to protection, price and attentive service. Her experience in insurance is long and it shows in expertise and attentive customer service.
