My rating would be zero stars if that were an option. Every time I call I have an issue with the representative. She doesnt listen and is unprofessional. The only time I didnt have an issue with her actually doing her job is when she attempted to sell me home owners insurance. Im not understanding why she would think Id trust her (because she represents Allstate) with my home when she acts like her fingers are broken when it comes to my vehicles. Negative 50 out of 5 stars. Its the ghetto - I do not recommend If I actually spoke to someone with customer service skills my rating would be different, but she - she aint it.

John Fagan's office has been the ultimate in professionalism and concern for their clients. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality insurance and customer service.

In the commercials for Allstate, it is said "You're in good hands with Allstate". Based on my experiences, that is the absolute truth. I do not intend to ever go back to who I used to have, nor do I intend to switch to any other insurance company. Allstate has proven to me 3 times over that I am in good hands. I intend to stay there.
