I was honestly so disgusted with the way the front desk lady spoke to me. For a doctors office youd think they would treat patients better. I witness one of the receptionists make a patient cry she was being so rude. Be better.

Post menopausal woman - I was looking for a new doctor closer to home that would hopefully meet my needs as the baby part of my life has passed. I looked online and found Dr. O'Sullivan. Had to wait a bit for an appointment, arrived on time and waited less than 30 minutes for my appointment. Met Dr. O'Sullivan and instantly felt at ease. Here was a doctor who listened to my needs, shared her insight and actually WANTED to help with my concerns. That has been a rarity in my experience. I am grateful to have found Dr. O'Sullivan.

For my first experience with this office, Im not very impressed. I was a few minutes late (which was my fault, I will admit it) and when I arrived I wasnt given a warm welcome. I was scolded for not being 15 minutes early (wasnt informed of this when i called to make the appointment), being late, not giving a curtsey calling (sorry I was driving and didnt have the number readily available) and how they were about to leave. They didnt bother to call to check to see if I coming when I was past my time or if I was having a hard time finding the place being a new patient and all (which i did struggle to find the place cause the gps took me to a different building and I dont always expect a call but since I was the last patient you would think they would check in). I apologized and said I could just re-schedule, but they still took me, even though it seemed like a huge inconvenience for them. The nurse wasnt that inviting, got the vibe she was still annoyed that she had to stay. Rushed through weighing me and blood pressure (also weighed me with my shoes on, which in my opinion doesnt give an accurate reading). One of the PAs did my exam. Again felt a bit rushed, didnt feel like my concerns (diagnosed with PCOS) were heard and she just told me the typical things you hear to fix it. Which if you have PCOS youve heard those fixes a million times and know it doesnt always work for your body. This whole appointment maybe took 20-25 minutes, which they probably would have gotten out at the same time if I wasnt late. Not sure if I would recommend after this visit.

A friend of mine is a frequent patient at this location and overall loves the office. Recently she was given the doctor Heidi, and had a horrible horrible experience. When you go to a gyno, it is not a comfortable situation. She commented on her weight and made her feel horrible about herself. She made it clear she has been weight training and taking care of herself. Heidi then continued to say you need to do more activity than walking around a grocery store. She went for a breast exam because she was concerned about an issue she was having- she didnt even check thoroughly and started commenting on her weight and judging her. And to top it all off, she walked out of the office without a word, not even asking if she needed help with anything else. She didnt even give her advice or anything ! She had to sit in the office for an extra 20 minutes because she thought the doctor was coming back but she never did. This is absurd. I cannot believe you have someone this close minded working at your establishment. I will never recommend this particular doctor to anyone. The rest of the office is great. But no one should ever experience something like this.
