They buy malls just to sit on them and sell them as tax write off's and to let them die and don't do anything with them. They own my local mall, the North Hanover Mall in Hanover, PA, and it's in terrible condition. Worst Mall owners. Namdar is a terrible company.

WORST PLACE TO WORK FOR! literally cant explain how they let go of my partner before the holidays for not documenting a small encounter with a person who entered his mall before closing. the management sucks. he called and all corporate could say was that he made a lot of mistakes, but wouldnt say what they were, and nor was he ever made aware of those mistakes either. the management at said mall he worked at told him and all the other guards there was literally a protocol to follow which was you got a verbal, written warning, write up, suspension, and then so on and so forth before getting fired. yet they made him drive all the way to the mall just to have him go into the office to fire him. they DO NOT follow protocol, and they DO NOT pay minimum wage. Marylands minimum wage is 13.25 they pay 12.80, and in January its supposed to be 15.00, but they were only going to be paid 13.40. NOT WORTH WORKING FOR!
