This used to be a good practice but they lost some doctors who were patent and did good job speaking with kids and the quality of care.
Lately the experience has not been positive and some staff are rude.
We visited recently for a yearly checkup and my child left traumatized. They do not want to return.
After reading other reviews, I think Ive been missing out on Dr Gerba!

hate this place, we always wait an hour and they don't even remember your kid. they treat children like a number not a human...

Dr. Gerba takes his time, explains things and makes my kids feel comfortable. We love him !

I adore Dr. Gerba and feel it is 100% worthwhile to travel from Western Queens to keep him as my daughter's pediatrician. He is kind, generous with his time, thorough but never alarmist. My daughter adores him and calls him her friend. He helps me feel prepared as a parent to know when to be concerned. The office staff is friendly and helpful
