        My money in the bank was stolen, and I spent a year and a half calling their customer service to get it back! It took me 2 hours each time to repeat all the questions with customer service from different departments! Still no solution yet! Until today when I arrived here, Shuhan Yang talked with the customer service for more than an hour attentively. During the process, she was really considerate of her customers! Hope the result is wonderful! Highly recommend her services

        I have been a client for 20 years with multiple accounts and never had a problem until this branch got a branch manager Andy Sharma he is confrontational and rude no HELP at all I will take my business elsewhwre
